Service Delivery Policy

This Service Delivery Policy outlines how Zeryn LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") fulfills and delivers its digital services to clients ("Client," "you," or "your"). This Policy is incorporated by reference into all service agreements and applies to all engagements, including web development, e-commerce builds, payment gateway integrations, and IT consulting.
1. Nature of Deliverables
All services provided by Zeryn LLC are entirely digital in nature. Deliverables include, but are not limited to:
- Source code files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other programming languages);
- Design assets (mockups, wireframes, UI kits, image files);
- Configured and deployed web applications or websites;
- Integration documentation and technical handover notes;
- Consulting reports, strategy documents, and compliance checklists.
No physical goods, hardware, or printed materials are shipped or delivered under any Zeryn LLC service agreement. All deliverables are provided electronically.
2. Delivery Methods
Deliverables will be transmitted to the Client through one or more of the following secure electronic channels:
- Email: Files, documents, and links sent to the Client's registered email address;
- GitHub / Version Control Repository: Source code and project files shared via a private or public repository;
- Secure Cloud Storage Link: Files hosted on platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or equivalent, shared via time-limited secure links;
- Live Deployment: For websites and web applications, the final deliverable may be deployed directly to the Client's hosting environment or domain.
3. Delivery Timeline
Zeryn LLC is committed to meeting agreed project timelines. Standard delivery windows are as follows:
- Starter Package: Delivered within 7–14 business days from project kickoff and receipt of all required Client materials.
- Professional Package: Delivered within 14–21 business days from project kickoff and receipt of all required Client materials.
- Enterprise Package: Delivered within 21–30 business days or as specified in the individual project agreement.
- Consulting Sessions: Session summaries and checklists delivered within 1–2 business days following the session.
Timelines are contingent upon timely receipt of all necessary Client inputs (brand assets, credentials, content, feedback approvals). Delays caused by incomplete or late Client-provided materials will extend the delivery timeline accordingly and do not constitute a failure to deliver by Zeryn LLC.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, the Client agrees to:
- Provide all required materials (logos, copy, credentials, access) within 3 business days of project kickoff;
- Review and provide feedback on submitted prototypes or milestones within 5 business days of receipt;
- Designate a primary point of contact for project communications;
- Maintain access to the email address registered at the time of purchase.
5. Revisions and Acceptance
Each project tier includes a defined number of revision rounds. Upon delivery of the final milestone, the Client has 5 business days to review and formally accept or request revisions in writing. If no response is received within this period, the deliverable shall be deemed accepted and the project closed.
6. International Delivery
Zeryn LLC serves clients globally. All deliverables are transmitted electronically and are accessible from any jurisdiction with internet access. There are no geographic restrictions on our service delivery, and no import duties, customs fees, or shipping costs apply.
