Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all engagements between Zeryn LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and its clients ("Client," "you," or "your") for digital services including, but not limited to, web development, e-commerce development, payment gateway integration, and IT consulting.

By engaging our services and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy in its entirety.

1. General No-Refund Position

All sales of digital services provided by Zeryn LLC are considered final. Due to the bespoke, labor-intensive, and intellectually proprietary nature of our work, no refunds will be issued once any of the following milestones have been reached:

  • The project discovery or onboarding call has been completed;
  • A project prototype, wireframe, mockup, or initial design has been delivered to the Client;
  • Active coding, development, or integration work has commenced.

2. Pro-Rated Refund for Non-Delivery

Zeryn LLC is committed to delivering every project in accordance with the agreed-upon scope and timeline. In the event that we fail to deliver the contracted deliverables within the agreed project timeline — through no fault of the Client — the following pro-rated refund policy applies:

  • 0–25% of work completed: Client is eligible for a refund of up to 75% of the total project fee.
  • 26–50% of work completed: Client is eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the total project fee.
  • 51–75% of work completed: Client is eligible for a refund of up to 25% of the total project fee.
  • 76–100% of work completed: No refund is available.

The percentage of work completed will be assessed by Zeryn LLC based on documented project milestones and deliverable logs. Any dispute regarding the completion percentage shall be resolved in good faith between both parties.

3. Cancellation by Client

If a Client wishes to cancel a project after work has commenced, the Client must notify Zeryn LLC in writing at support@zerynllc.com. Upon receipt of a cancellation notice:

  • All work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed at the agreed project rate.
  • Any unused portion of a pre-paid project fee, after deducting work completed, may be refunded at the Company's sole discretion and only if no prototype or coded deliverable has been issued.
  • All intellectual property and deliverables produced up to the cancellation date remain the property of Zeryn LLC until full payment for work completed is received.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Consulting and strategy session fees (including one-time advisory calls);
  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the Client (domain registration, hosting, software licenses, API fees);
  • Rush or expedited delivery surcharges;
  • Any payment made after written acceptance of a delivered prototype or milestone.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage Clients to contact us directly at support@zerynllc.com to resolve any billing concern before initiating a dispute or chargeback with their payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks against legitimate charges may result in immediate suspension of services, referral to collections, and legal action to recover the disputed amount plus associated fees.
